Today I ordered my first set of prints via Canva and after the order had been placed I realised there was a spelling mistake, I contacted support as soon as I had realised but unfortunately they are unable to edit your designs and the design had already gone to printing. I spoke with Jerralyn and they were extremely helpful and quick with their responses. I have managed to place another order with no mistakes this time and I couldn't have done it without Jerralyns support. Excellent customer service.

Most of the designs need to be "premium" to get it, But you have the free ones also, they are not so bad and really did the trick

A new customer and I’m finding no support! It’s complicated to get to help. Then, instead of helping every single agent asks for a recording despite the situation not calling for it. So incredibly frustrating! Some of my questions are just basic and could b answered quickly. Instead I have to learn how to record to get an issue resolved that can b handled if they’d just answer! They need a chat!!! Completely disgusted here

I like the templates and the elements and was using them enough to justify premium. The trial period is quite generous and monthly fee is not bad. Improvements could be made to the editor as it's quite clunky and cumbersome. There's no flow and batch edits are difficult. Overall tho, I'd say it's easy and the templates are attractive.

I've been using Canva for like 3 years now and I think it's pretty cool. It's simple to use, and can create a variety of content from slideshows to videos and birthday cards. However I do think the Canva Premium subscriptions cost a little too much, and a crap ton of the pictures and templates do require premium. I along with many people I believe will have a better experience if more templates and pictures were free to use. But overall Canva is pretty awesome, I like it!

I love Canva but their customer services is Rubbish.

I've been locked out of my premium paying account for a week now and still no help. My account was on a dot.com address that is no longer active, I realised this and went to change my email address only to be stuck with no way of recovering or changing my address. Not even my registered mobile worked! Then it has been 4 or 5 different customer service messages asking me for different information. With NO ACTION.

For a company that makes hundreds of millions of dollars and raising more they have NO support chat or phone feature for customers and they charge £10.99 a month. Totally pathetic.

It is literally a great website where you are accessible to various design resources. I would recommend it to you, especially to those who want to find an online design tool. Some contents are only available to subscribers, but I do not think it is that much limited even though I am not a subscriber.

Fantastic for graphics Design, I never had any problems with my monthly charge and if you don't want the charges or service anymore, just call your bank and have them stop payment on the charge. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure that out! Then have the bank dispute payment.

I use Canva to create my personal and business Facebook Banners, Instagram promotion content, invoice creation, YouTube Banners and thumbnails, Planner Pages and sooo much more! Using Canva has helped me gain a much more professional presence online. There is both a free edition as well as a monthly/yearly membership option. You can also cancel anytime should you need to. There are so many things you can create on Canva and I love its easy to use format. Canva has tons of free, premade templates that are so easy to customize.
